📦 Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

🚚 Shipping Within Pakistan

We currently ship to all major cities and towns across Pakistan.

Standard Delivery Time: 2–5 business days
Shipping Charges:
- Orders below PKR 5,000: Flat rate of PKR 200
- Orders above PKR 5,000: Free shipping

Note: Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location, courier performance, and seasonal volume.

✈️ International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. However, we plan to expand soon. Stay connected with us for updates.

🔄 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with the tracking number and courier service details. You can track your shipment using the courier’s official tracking page.

All jewelry is packed securely with care to prevent damage in transit. We use branded packaging that is both elegant and safe.

⚠️ Delays & Exceptions

Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances like strikes, weather, or courier issues.
In such cases, we will keep you informed and support you in every possible way.
Please ensure the correct shipping address is provided. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

📬 Missed Delivery

If you miss a delivery, the courier may attempt re-delivery or contact you. After multiple failed attempts, the parcel may be returned to us. We will contact you to arrange re-shipping (additional charges may apply).
